<p style="text-align:justify;">1.     Amount &#8211; With the Child Tax Credit, you may be able to reduce your federal income tax by up to $1,000 for each qualifying child under the age of 17.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">2.     Qualification &#8211; A qualifying child for this credit is someone who meets the qualifying criteria of six tests: age, relationship, support, dependent, citizenship, and residence.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">3.     Age Test &#8211; To qualify, a child must have been under age 17 – age 16 or younger – at the end of 2010.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">4.     Relationship Test &#8211; To claim a child for purposes of the Child Tax Credit, they must either be your son, daughter, stepchild, foster child, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister or a descendant of any of these individuals, which includes your grandchild, niece or nephew. An adopted child is always treated as your own child. An adopted child includes a child lawfully placed with you for legal adoption.<span id="more-614"></span>5.     Support Test &#8211; In order to claim a child for this credit, the child must not have provided more than half of their own support.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">6.     Dependent Test &#8211; You must claim the child as a dependent on your federal tax return.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">7.     Citizenship Test &#8211; To meet the citizenship test, the child must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, or U.S. resident alien.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">8.     Residence Test &#8211; The child must have lived with you for more than half of 2010. There are some exceptions to the residence test, which can be found in IRS Publication 972, Child Tax Credit.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">9.     Limitations &#8211; The credit is limited if your modified adjusted gross income is above a certain amount. The amount at which this phase-out begins varies depending on your filing status. For married taxpayers filing a joint return, the phase-out begins at $110,000. For married taxpayers filing a separate return, it begins at $55,000. For all other taxpayers, the phase-out begins at $75,000. In addition, the Child Tax Credit is generally limited by the amount of the income tax you owe as well as any alternative minimum tax you owe.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">The problem is, how DO you invest your savings during insanely crazy financially troubled times such as the ones we&#8217;re in?</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Actually, if you follow my investing plan you&#8217;ll discover that times like these are really great times to invest. Let me explain why&#8230;</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">You&#8217;ve probably heard many times that the stock market goes up, historically, 7-10% per year.  The problem is, if you don&#8217;t invest correctly you don&#8217;t get that 7-10% increase and you&#8217;ll very likely lose at least some (if not all) of your money.<span id="more-597"></span>People screw up by &#8220;investing&#8221; in the stock market by picking a few stocks that they think are good investments.  That&#8217;s not really investing&#8230;that&#8217;s gambling.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">In order to get that historic 7-10% increase per year, you have to invest in the ENTIRE stock market&#8230;every single stock.  It&#8217;s the mathematics of averaging which averages all those stocks together, both the ones that go up with the ones that go down that gives people that 7-10% increase.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">How do you invest in &#8220;all&#8221; the stocks in the stock market?  By buying things called &#8220;index funds&#8221;.  Index funds do exactly that, buy every single company on the stock exchange (at least all that make up that index).  So for example, an S&amp;P 500 index buys stock in all 500 of the companies that makes up the S&amp;P 500.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Investing in index funds is easiest done by buying mutual funds devoted to those indexes. So invest in an S&amp;P 500 index mutual fund is what I recommend you do.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">The trick is to set aside a specific amount each month, and direct deposit it straight from your paycheck into your mutual fund.  That way, in bad times like this when the market dips, you buy low, and when the market rises, you buy the same amount each month.  That ebb and flow mathematically speaking averages out to the best price overall.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Stock market index mutual funds&#8230;you can&#8217;t hardly go wrong, even in trying times like the ones today. And the best part is that you can start with virtually any amount.  Even if it&#8217;s just $100, I suggest you dive in today.</p>

Abu Dhabi is the largest reserve of fossil fuels in the United Arab Emirates, is the fourththe largest natural gas producer in the world, has a per capita income highest in the world, is home to nearly all Arabs Fortune 500 companies and currently has more than 88 billion barrels of proven oil reserves are sitting.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">However, the emirate is now actively seeking to reduce its dependence on oil, and a diversification of financial services and tourism. Billions of pounds have been living for infrastructure projects and the development of leisure, assignedand cultural systems of the oil-rich emirate.<span id="more-590"></span>Abu Dhabi and Dubai is determined to challenge highlighted as a major tourist destination, with its subtropical climate and 700 km coastline of unspoiled beaches and places of cultural interest.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Tourist attractions include the Louvre and the Guggenheim Museum, a nature reserve, a UAE Public Library, the National Theater and the development of EUR 13.5 billion Saadiyat Island.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">In 2009, Abu Dhabi will host its first Formula –Grand Prix on Yas Island, which includes a Ferrari theme park.
